    Please note, your first and last name must be given (and spelled) exactly as each appears on your state issued picture identification card or driver's license. These will be forwarded to the security office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. When you wish to enter the base on April 24, you will only be admitted through Gate 9-A if your name on their list and the name on your ID match.

    If  you are bringing a guest, please submit a separate registration form for each person wishing to attend.

Cost for the Saturday Conference - including breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack is $40.
This includes tax and tip.

 5 p.m. ─ Friday ─ April 16, 2010
