SADLER ELECTED NFRW PRESIDENT

Shirley Sadler was unanimously elected President of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) for the years 2008 - 2009. Shirley is the first Ohioan to serve as President of this highly renowned political organization. The NFRW is the largest women's political organization in the country with over 90,000 members and has its office in Alexandria, Virginia.

Shirley hails form Lebanon, Ohio. She is eminently qualified to effectively manage the NFRW as she has served in many capacities of leadership not only in the NFRW but has served as President of the OFRW and Warren Country Republican Women's Club. Shirley has been very active in Republican Party politics serving as Warren County Republican Party Chairwoman, and whose relentless efforts have assisted in electing Republicans to local, statewide and national positions. She has also serve as State President, Garden Club of Ohio, State Equine Committee, active on the Warren County Farm Bureau, Warren County Fair Board and Warren County Historical Society just to name a few. She is the owner/operator of the Sadler Machine Company and firethorn Farms.

Ohio was represented at the NFRW Biennial Convention in Palm Springs, California with 25 delegates and alternates. There were many other Ohio guests. Tricia Stefancin from Wayne County was the Ohio Page. Tricia is from Wayne County. Her mother Jocelyn is President of the Wayne County RWC. Tricia took great pride in carrying the Ohio flag, helping with the many convention needs and enjoyed meeting many other young women from across the United States.
