The Board of Directors consists of
the OFRW Elected Officers,
the National Committeewoman (if she is an OFRW Member),
the Ohio Sate Central and Executive Committeewomen (those who are OFRW Members)
and
all Committee Chairs and Co-chairs.

The Executive Committee consists of
the OFRW Elected Officers and
the Chairs and Co-chairs of the Standing Committees.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee meet as called.
Additionally, the Board of Directors meets prior to the Spring and Fall Conference.

Any member of an OFRW affiliated club may attend the Board meetings.
However, only Board members may make motions and/or vote.
